    Provides direct assistance of $300 on a pre-paid debit card for individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or directed to self-quarantine due to COVID-19.     Eligible blood cancer patients will receive an individual one-time $250 stipend per patient to help with non-medical expenses, such as food, housing, utilities, transportation and other needs. Patients do not need to have a COVID-19 diagnosis and there are no income criteria to qualify.

    Through the COVID Care Recovery Fund, PAF provides financial assistance through this small grant program, assisting eligible patients who are in need of non-medical day to day cost of living expenses as a result of their diagnosis of COVID-19. Must be currently diagnosed with COVID-19 or diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past six (6) months.
    The grant funds can be used for routine cost of living, out of pocket expenses for the patient and/or their caregiver(s) associated with the following: food/nutrition expenses, utility bills, rent or mortgage payments, car payments/ transportation expenses and temporary lodging.
